Intellectual Property:

‍You agree that all configuration methods, template downloads, and any other unique strategies used for the creation of bots or bot components (flows, keywords, sequences, etc.) are the property of Bot Experts and shall not be duplicated, replicated, resold, or redistributed in any way. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of software access without refund, and Bot Experts may prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Limitations of Service:

You acknowledge that you are engaging with our consulting services and/or receiving deliverable materials only. You are not purchasing a franchise, security, business opportunity, affiliation, association, or any form of guaranteed business outcome. Our services do not include customer acquisition or direct marketing efforts for your business. Any additional support beyond what has been expressly agreed upon in the consulting agreement should not be expected.

Indemnity:

‍Bot Experts does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. Bot Experts specifically disclaims any liability for the use and/or application of its products and services. You accept the program as is, and in applying, this program takes all risk. Legal counsel is encouraged to review any applicable agreements. You agree to bear full responsibility for your own activities, providing Bot Experts full indemnity, including the performance of software, apps, and websites.

Associations:

‍Bot Experts is not officially endorsed by Facebook or ManyChat. Facebook and ManyChat brands and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Bot Experts is not in control of or liable for any changes to the function, access, practices, or policies of either Facebook or ManyChat, or of any other recommended product or service.

Recommendations:

‍You may be exposed to additional products or services which may or may not be affiliated with Bot Experts. At times, Bot Experts may be compensated by such companies. You should conduct your own research before purchasing any third-party product or service.

Your Privacy:

‍reservesBot Experts will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information (email, phone number, Facebook data, etc.) in any way. Bot Experts does reserve the right to share your results in the form of a case study, and any feedback provided to Bot Experts may be used as marketing testimonials.

Jurisdiction:

‍This agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of New York, and as such, any court actions shall be brought in New York. In any litigation arising from this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
